Bay and Beyond Co. reserves the right to revise, amend, add, or remove any provision at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law. You are encouraged to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you use the website or place an order.
3. Ownership and Copyright
All rights, title, and interest in this website and its contents, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, product images, designs, and other material, belong to Bay and Beyond Co. or are used with permission. No content may be copied, reproduced, stored, distributed, modified, published, or commercially used without our prior written consent.
4. Eligibility
Persons considered incompetent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, are not eligible to use this website. If you are below 18 years of age, you may use the website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
5. Pricing Policy and Payments
We aim to provide a convenient shopping experience, quality service, and carefully selected products at competitive prices. Product prices, discounts, offers, and availability may change without prior notice at the sole discretion of Bay and Beyond Co. The price applicable at the time an order is successfully placed will normally be honoured, except in cases of obvious pricing errors, technical issues, suspected fraud, or circumstances permitted by law.
6. GST (Goods and Services Tax)
All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable GST, unless specifically stated otherwise. Taxes will be charged in accordance with applicable Indian tax laws.
7. Packaging
Products are generally packed according to the nature and quantity of the order. Customers may request an additional box, subject to availability and approval by Bay and Beyond Co. An additional charge of ₹250 for Hair Accessories and Home Decor and ₹500 for Bags will apply for each extra box requested. Once an additional packaging request has been confirmed and paid for, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded unless Bay and Beyond Co. is unable to fulfil the request. 8. Modes of Payment
Payments may be made through UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and other online payment methods made available on the website. Full Cash on Delivery is not available. Partial Cash on Delivery may be offered for eligible orders, subject to serviceability and approval by Bay and Beyond Co.
9. Partial Cash on Delivery
For an eligible Partial Cash on Delivery order, the customer must pay ₹130 upfront while placing the order. The remaining order value is payable at the time of delivery. The upfront amount of ₹130 is non-refundable once the order has been dispatched. Bay and Beyond Co. reserves the right to enable, disable, accept, or reject Partial Cash on Delivery for any order based on location, order value, customer history, courier availability, or risk checks.
10. Payment Security and Card Details
Online payments are processed through authorised payment gateways that follow security measures prescribed by the Reserve Bank of India and other applicable authorities. Customers must provide accurate payment information and use only payment methods that they are legally authorised to use. Bay and Beyond Co. does not directly store complete card details and will not be responsible for losses caused by unauthorised access outside its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
11. Cancellation and Order Changes
An order may be cancelled or modified only within 24 hours of being placed and only if it has not yet been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Requests may be sent to email id bayandbeyondco@gmail.com. We will try to accommodate eligible requests but cannot guarantee that a change will be possible. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment source within 7–10 working days.
12. Returns, Exchanges, Replacement and Refunds
Exchange is allowed only once per order and must be requested within 4 days of delivery. A complete unboxing video, clear photographs, the order details, and a clear explanation of the issue are mandatory for claims involving a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product. Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories, where applicable.
Where a valid claim is approved, we will first offer a replacement. A refund will be issued only if the package is lost in transit or if we are unable to provide a replacement. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment source within 7–10 working days.
No refund or exchange will be provided for an incorrect or outdated delivery address, an incomplete address or P.O. Box address, failed delivery attempts by the courier, refusal of the package by the recipient, products returned in a used or damaged condition, minor colour variation due to photography or screen settings, or where the product is not damaged, defective, or incorrect. 13. Product Information and Colour Variation
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, dimensions, and colours are accurate. However, minor colour or appearance variations may occur because of lighting, photography, manufacturing batches, or device screen settings. Such minor variations will not be treated as defects.
14. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship within India through third-party courier partners. Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary due to location, weather, courier operations, government restrictions, festivals, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control. Bay and Beyond Co. will not be responsible for delays caused solely by the courier or events beyond our reasonable control, but we will provide reasonable assistance in tracing the shipment.
15. Sales, Promotions and Coupon Codes
Sale items will follow the Return, Exchange and Refund Policy unless specifically stated otherwise during a promotion.
16. User Accounts and Information
You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information while placing an order or creating an account. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
17. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders
Bay and Beyond Co. may verify, refuse, suspend, or cancel any order that appears fraudulent, unauthorised, technically erroneous, commercially impractical, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions. If we cancel a prepaid order for reasons not attributable to the customer, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment source within 7–10 working days.

19. Consent to Receive Communications

Promotional communications may also be sent in accordance with your consent and applicable law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to the website, an order, or these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of Bay and Beyond Co.
