Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Bay and Beyond Co. We strive to deliver your orders safely and on time. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days after order confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Courier Partners
Bay and Beyond Co. partners with trusted courier services, including Blue Dart and Delhivery, to ensure safe and timely delivery across India.
Depending on your delivery location and service availability, we may use other reliable courier partners to ensure timely delivery.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 2–5 working days
- Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 working days
- Remote Locations: 5–10 working days
- Tracking information may take up to 24 hours after dispatch to become active on the courier partner’s website.
5. Shipping Charges
- Flat shipping charge of ₹90 on orders below ₹999.
- Free shipping on orders of ₹999 and above.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed during checkout.
- Bay and Beyond Co. reserves the right to revise shipping charges and promotional offers from time to time without prior notice.
6. Partial Cash on Delivery (COD)
- A non-refundable advance payment of ₹130 is required for eligible Partial COD orders.
- The remaining balance is payable at the time of delivery.
- Orders are processed only after the advance payment is received.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email, WhatsApp or SMS (where applicable).
8. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts.
- If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the shipment, the package may be returned to us.
- Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
9. Delivery Address
- Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.
- We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
- Bay and Beyond Co. is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
10. Delays & Force Majeure
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, festivals, adverse weather, strikes, government restrictions, courier disruptions or other events beyond our control.
We recommend placing orders well in advance for birthdays, festivals, special occasions or gifting requirements to avoid last-minute delays.
11. Lost Shipments
If a shipment is confirmed as lost in transit by our courier partner, Bay and Beyond Co. will arrange a replacement (subject to stock availability) or process a refund in accordance with our Returns, Replacements & Refund Policy.
12. Damaged Packages
- Record a continuous unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened.
- Report the issue within 4 days of delivery with your Order Number, photographs and unboxing video.
- Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.
13. Split Shipments
If an order contains multiple products, Bay and Beyond Co. may ship them together or separately depending on stock availability and logistics. No additional shipping charges will apply for split shipments initiated by us.
